Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a YouTube Strategist based in Shahdara,New Delhi. The YouTube Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and engagement on Ezyschooling's YouTube channel. Daily tasks include optimizing content for the platform, analyzing performance metrics, identifying target audiences, planning video campaigns, and collaborating with the content and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The role also requires staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in video content and YouTube analytics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video content strategy, audience engagement, and YouTube channel management
- Experience with YouTube SEO, analytics tools, and growth strategies
- Content planning and the ability to develop compelling video concepts
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital trends
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams
- Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of the education sector will be an advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
