About the Role:
We are a premier Exhibition & B2B Expo organizing company looking for dynamic, results-drive Telemarketing Executives. In this role, you will be the voice of our upcoming expos. You will connect with corporate clients, manufacturers, and brands across India to pitch exhibition stall spaces, secure event sponsorships, and invite high-profile industry delegates.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Cold Calling: Reach out to business owners, marketing heads, and corporate clients using our database.
· Space Selling: Pitch and sell exhibition booths, stalls, and premium sponsorship packages for upcoming trade shows.
· Delegate Acquisition: Invite and register industry professionals, buyers, and delegates to attend the expo.
· Relationship Management: Maintain follow-ups with interested clients, share event brochures via email/WhatsApp, and close deals.
· Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly calling and sales targets to maximize your incentive earnings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Language Proficiency: Must be highly fluent in both English and Hindi (Verbal and Written). Fluency in the local language is a plus.
- Education: Graduate with excellent communication skills.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Cold Calling, or B2B Space Selling. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome).
- Skills: Strong persuasion skills, confident phone presence, active listening, and basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.
