Job Title- Tele Caller Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tele Caller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with clients, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/data
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain property details, pricing, and project features to clients
- Generate and maintain lead records in CRM or Excel
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM)
- Ability to speak Hindi, English, and local language preferred
- Positive attitude and customer-handling skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate telecalling will be an added advantage
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹10,499.48 - ₹12,754.21 per month
