▪ Keeping track of performance of team and preparing strategies for low performer agents
▪ Grooming & Motivation To share regular feedback with Team for their skill & personality development
▪ To identify Individual interest and coach/groom them for next level
▪ Ensure to create professional environment within the team
Crisis management & Continuous improvement
▪ Prepare and present weekly performance review
▪ To Share performance report with team
▪ Support team by answering their queries.
▪ Report any live/real time issues immediately to Manager which is related to process.
