- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Maintain employee, student, and office records accurately.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and records.
- Create and edit professional designs using Canva for social media, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Handle basic video editing for marketing campaigns, events, and social media platforms.
- Assist in developing visual content to support branding and promotional activities.
- Ensure all creative materials align with organizational branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with management and relevant departments for content requirements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and presentation creation.
- Knowledge of video editing software and content creation tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
