Job Description
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth across the logistics, customs, and compliance sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Design graphics, infographics and marketing materials using Canva.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels and promotional content using Capcut and other editing tools.
- Assist with video content editing after events, training sessions and company activities.
- Develop content that aligns with Allied Group's brand voice and strategic objectives.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Generate blog content using AI-powered tools such as AnswerThePublic, ChatGPT and other content research platforms.
- Upload, optimise and publish blog content on company websites.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor website content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with backlink-building and content distribution activities.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages where appropriate.
- Identify trends and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
- Support the growth of company and personal brand channels.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns through HubSpot.
- Build and manage contact lists.
- Support lead nurturing campaigns and customer communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
Events & Campaigns
- Support the promotion and delivery of events, including training workshops, webinars and the Beyond Borders Summit.
- Assist with campaign planning and execution.
- Order promotional materials.
Marketing Operations
- Support the Head of Marketing with day-to-day marketing activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Track marketing performance and report on KPIs.
- Assist with competitor research and market analysis.
- Help identify new opportunities for lead generation and brand growth.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong content creation skills.
- Experience using Canva.
- Experience editing video content using Capcut or similar platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and research.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
Desirable
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience managing social media business accounts.
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting.
- Photography and video creation experience.
- Marketing qualification or relevant experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
