Job Summary: The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, site visits, property presentations, and sales closures.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options Conduct client meetings and property site visits Present residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective buyers Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Negotiate and close sales transactions Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and customer support Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and achieve targets Good presentation and relationship management skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Automobile, Telecom, and Direct Sales backgrounds may also apply Strong understanding of customer acquisition and relationship management Self-motivated and result-oriented personality Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Undergraduate candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered Benefits:
