About the Role
Gruham Developers is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive based in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Gruham Heritage – Premium Weekend Villas, Navsari and generating high-quality investor leads from Mumbai.
The primary objective is to identify prospective customers interested in weekend homes and real estate investments, build relationships with them, and encourage them to visit our Navsari project for site inspections. The Mumbai team will focus on lead generation and customer engagement, while the Navsari sales team will handle site visits and booking closures.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote Gruham Heritage – Premium Weekend Villas among potential customers in Mumbai.
* Identify and connect with investors, business owners, professionals, and families looking for second homes or investment opportunities.
* Generate qualified leads through networking, references, corporate connections, events, exhibitions, social media, and local marketing activities.
* Explain the project concept, investment potential, and key project highlights.
* Convince interested customers to schedule a site visit to the Navsari project.
* Coordinate with the Navsari sales team for customer appointments and follow-ups.
* Build long-term relationships with prospective investors and maintain regular communication.
* Achieve monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
* Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the management.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to convince customers and schedule site visits.
* Knowledge of the Mumbai market is preferred.
* Self-driven and target-oriented.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Real Estate.
Freshers with exceptional communication and networking skills may also apply.
