We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents about our courses and help them choose the right career path. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, managing enquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads professionally.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to convert them into admissions.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or admission records.
- Conduct career guidance sessions and explain course details, fees, and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly admission targets set by the management.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and colleges.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Academic counseling: 2 years (Preferred)
