As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively to project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality objectives and timely delivery of testing milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Investment Banking, Java, Playwright.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience in integrating automation tools within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions to address challenges.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated test suites for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Selenium.
- The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
