We're Hiring: Associate Business Development Executive – Overseas Recruitment
Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-site)
Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Ozone Overseas Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Business Development Executive to support the expansion of our overseas recruitment business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the overseas recruitment industry.
- Build relationships with hospitals, corporate clients, recruitment agencies, and employers across the GCC and other international markets.
- Promote our recruitment services for Healthcare, Technical, Engineering, Construction, Hospitality, Retail, Logistics, FMCG, and other sectors.
- Follow up with prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare business proposals and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely client servicing.
- Maintain client records and contribute to achieving monthly business development targets.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
✔ 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or overseas recruitment is mandatory.
✔ Experience or understanding of GCC recruitment markets will be an added advantage.
✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
✔ Proactive, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in international recruitment.
