Job Overview:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of our company. The ideal candidate must possess good communication skills, be adept at multitasking, and have a proactive attitude. This role requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Anticipate and prioritize the Director's schedule, ensuring optimal time management.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Director.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the Director. Ensure all travel plans align with the Director's schedule and preferences.
Meeting Support:
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take accurate minutes. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
Documentation and Filing:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems. Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Project Assistance:
- Assist the Director in various projects by conducting research, preparing presentations, and compiling data as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 4 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
