GALTech School of Technology is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Lead Trainer to deliver high-quality training in AI, Data Science, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with excellent presentation and mentoring skills to guide students toward industry readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and interactive training sessions in:
- Python Programming
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- NLP & Large Language Models (LLMs)
- LangChain & Prompt Engineering
- Data Analytics & Visualization
- SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Design and update course content, assignments, projects, and assessments based on current industry trends.
- Mentor students through hands-on projects, coding exercises, and real-world case studies.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Create training videos, tutorials, and learning resources for online and offline learners.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Python
- TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Machine Learning Algorithms
- NLP & LLM Applications
- SQL & Data Visualization Tools
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners and advanced learners.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
