key responsibilities
- Planning, monitoring and controlling project schedules
- Ensuring delivery of projects with requisite quality and within contractual timelines and cost
- Assessing project and resources requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Determining and applying quality control standards
- Overseeing project execution
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Selecting and building a team of competent contractors
- Liaison with design, marketing and factory staff
- Supervising the work of site supervisors
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
