Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Treasury Admin Compliance! Responsibilities: - Onboard close and maintain bank accounts for various corporate and production entities. - Own a queue of bank system requests and provide excellent customer service by ensuring user access is functioning as expected. - Review the controls that ensure access to systems and bank accounts remains in compliance with policy requirements. - Populate and analyze quarterly controllership covering banking access and signatories across the company - Design and develop reports and metrics for monitoring access requests and team responsiveness. - Document processes clearly and consistently and help drive documentation standardization. - Work closely with the internal stakeholders and third-party providers on new banking implementations. - Ensure compliance with Treasury guidelines and policies including Banking Authority. - Assist with special Treasury projects such as bank migrations and implementation of new bank portals.
