Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives with experience in NBFC/Fintech, specifically in short-term personal loans. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for short-term personal loan products
- Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to disbursement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
Requirements:
- Prior experience in NBFC/Fintech or personal loan sales is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
