Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in construction projects and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Verify contractor bills and subcontractor payments.
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate quotations.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors.
- Maintain project records and prepare cost reports.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and contractual requirements.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in quantity surveying and billing activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
