About the Role
Avatansa Design Studio is looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating new leads, developing client relationships, and converting prospects into interior design and architecture projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels.
- Identify and approach potential residential and commercial clients.
- Generate business through social media, online platforms, referrals, networking, cold calling, property dealers, builders, developers, and other relevant sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
- Understand client requirements, budget, and project timelines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into meetings, site visits, and confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with the design team for client meetings, site visits, and further discussions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Should be confident in making calls, meeting clients, and developing new business opportunities.
- Should have the ability to generate leads independently rather than relying only on company-provided leads.
- Knowledge of online lead generation, social media, and digital platforms will be an advantage.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, construction, or related industries will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Salary: ₹10000 – ₹40000 per month + incentives
