Manage daily activities across Instagram, Discord, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and community updates.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Discord Community Management
Build, moderate, and grow Discord communities.
Organize community events, AMAs, contests, and engagement campaigns.
Set up and manage Discord channels, roles, bots, and moderation tools.
Foster strong relationships with community members and maintain a positive environment.
Instagram Growth & Engagement
Plan and execute content calendars focused on audience growth.
Manage reels, stories, influencer collaborations, and engagement campaigns.
Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
Increase followers, engagement rates, and brand visibility.
Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
Design and execute lead generation campaigns through social media channels.
Generate qualified leads through organic and paid marketing initiatives.
Create lead magnets, landing page campaigns, and outreach strategies.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, lead volume, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on data and campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Social Media Management and Community Growth.
Strong expertise in Discord community management.
Proven experience growing Instagram accounts and engagement.
Experience with lead generation campaigns and social media funnels.
Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to create basic graphics using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Understanding of paid social advertising is a plus.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
