Flytouch Overseas Private Limited is hiring freshers who are interested in building a long-term career in the visa and immigration industry.
This is a 3-month structured training program where selected candidates will be trained in real visa filing, documentation, and client file handling processes. Candidates will work on live visa files under senior supervision.
After successful completion of training, candidates will be considered for a full-time role with a salary increase based on performance, learning ability, and discipline.
Stipend & Salary Structure
- Training Period (3 Months): ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Stipend)
- Post Training Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on performance)

- 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of visa files (Study Visa & Tourist Visa)
- Support senior counselors in document verification
- Learn visa application form filling under supervision
- Maintain proper document checklists and file records
- Assist in drafting basic cover letters and supporting documents
- Conduct online research for embassy and visa requirements
- Use ChatGPT for drafting and research assistance
- Use Canva for basic documentation/design support when required
- Handle live client files with accuracy and responsibility
- Learn CRM and file management process
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to use internet and perform online research
- Basic understanding of ChatGPT
- Basic Canva knowledge (preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Punjabi language is an advantage
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Professional attitude and discipline

- Freshers and beginners can apply
- Any qualification accepted (12th pass / Graduate / Any background)
- Male and female candidates both eligible
- Candidates from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Ambala and nearby areas preferred
- Must be interested in visa documentation and immigration field
