Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect / Team Lead with 6–8+ years of hands-on coding experience and proven leadership skills. The candidate will lead a team working on Python, React, and Laravel projects, while driving innovation with AI tools, ensuring robust RDBMS design, and overseeing DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide developers across Python, React, and Laravel.
2. Architecture design: Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
3. AI integration: Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance product capabilities.
4. Code versioning: Ensure best practices using Git or similar tools.
5. Database management: Design and optimize relational databases for performance and reliability.
6. DevOps practices: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
7. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 6–8+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python, React, and Laravel.
* Strong knowledge of AI tools and their practical application.
* Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
* Solid experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
* Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to balance technical depth with team management.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
2. Exposure to microservices architecture.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
