Job Overview
We are looking for skilled and compassionate Phlebotomists to join our growing team. In this role, you will visit patients at their homes, collect blood samples safely and professionally, and ensure they are transported to our partner laboratories while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect blood and other diagnostic samples from patients at their homes.
* Verify patient identity and test requisitions before sample collection.
* Follow standard infection control and safety protocols.
* Properly label, store, and transport samples to partner laboratories.
* Maintain accurate collection records using the company’s mobile application.
* Provide a comfortable and professional experience for patients.
* Ensure timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
* Handle specimens carefully to maintain sample integrity.
Requirements
* DMLT, BMLT, or an equivalent qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology.
* Certified phlebotomists are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in blood collection is preferred; freshers with good practical skills may also apply.
* Excellent venipuncture skills and knowledge of sample handling.
* Good communication and patient interaction skills.
* Ability to work independently and responsibly.
* A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred for home visits.
