A home security electronic sale and manufacturing company in Pune is looking for a candidate for a position of the Technical support manager.
The successful candidate should have a technical educational background and working experience with electronics and low voltage electrical equipment. Any experience with security and fire alarm systems will be regarded as a big adavtage.
The job will involve provision of technical support and assistance with installation and setup of security equipment as well as communicating with clients and suppliers of electronic components and parts.
General requirements:
- Higher technical education
- Fluent English
- Good computer skills, basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Ability to use a soldering iron and perform minor fixing or repair of electronic equipment
- Ability to identify various electronic components and their aplication
- Ability to calculate basic electrical circuit parameters such as current, resistance, voltage, etc.
- Proficiency in using a multimeter
- Ability to communicate politely with clients and customers regarding technical issues related to our products.
- Understanding of networks, servers, ports, IPs, etc.
Perks and Benefits
Salary estimation for probation period: INR 25 000 per month. The further amount of the salary can be discussed with the candidate during the interview and depend on the professional level of the employee.
