Role Overview
Guide students, graduates, and working professionals toward suitable technology career paths in areas such as AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and related certification programs. The role blends career counselling with admissions and conversion responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and professionals on career options and training programs.
- Explain course structures, certifications, and placement opportunities.
- Handle leads and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, webinars, and counselling sessions.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain CRM records and track conversion pipelines.
- Conduct one-to-one sessions, orientations, seminars, and webinars.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams.
- Stay updated on technology trends and certification pathways.
- Support or mentor junior counsellors where required.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Statistics, or related fields preferred).
- Around 1 to 6 years of academic counselling experience depending on the opening.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- English and Malayalam proficiency preferred.
- Experience using CRM, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Target-driven mindset with admissions or sales experience.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AI, Python, Data Science, Cybersecurity, CEH, CompTIA, OSCP, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- EdTech or higher education experience.
- Webinar hosting ability.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
