Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination ability, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Travel arrangements and meeting scheduling
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Year’s
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-organized and multitasking ability
- Experience in similar role preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
