Job Title: Waiter / Service Associate (F&B Service)
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager
Job Purpose
To provide courteous, efficient, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with four-star hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
- Ensure correct table setup before service and proper clearing after service.
- Check guest satisfaction during meals and handle basic complaints politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
- Handle bills and payments accurately when assigned.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials where applicable.
- Assist in closing duties, side work, and inventory control.
Guest Service Standards
- Maintain a friendly, respectful, and attentive attitude at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum: High school / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 1–3 years experience in a hotel or reputed restaurant (freshers may be considered for junior roles).
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service styles.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
