Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, explain our products/services, and maintain good customer relationships. Freshers are welcome, and experienced candidates will be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or handle inbound inquiries
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
- Handle customer queries politely and efficiently
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
