Job Description:
Aaditya Transport is seeking a motivated and reliable Dispatcher to join our operations team. The role requires coordinating daily transport schedules, managing driver communications, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.
You will also play a key role in driver problem handling and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Assign and monitor jobs for drivers.
- Handle driver queries, issues, and scheduling adjustments.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding of drivers.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and clients.
- Support the transport team in day-to-day logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in logistics/transport industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills (emails, scheduling, data entry).
