Job description:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements as per accounting standards.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
- Support statutory and internal audits by preparing required documents and schedules.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure timely closing of books.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
