- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system stability.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Callidus modules to align with business processes.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP Callidus with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for enhanced performance.
