Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, staff, and vehicles
- Verify visitor details and maintain visitor register
- Patrol residential buildings, parking areas, and common areas
- Ensure safety of property, residents, and assets
- Operate CCTV cameras and access control systems
- Handle gate management and boom barrier operations
- Prevent unauthorized access and suspicious activities
- Respond to emergencies (fire alarm, medical, theft, etc.)
- Coordinate with maintenance and facility team
- Prepare daily security reports and incident records
- Maintain discipline and ensure society/complex rules are followed.
Qualification:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Basic communication skills (local language & basic English preferred)
- Security training certificate
- Physically fit and alert
