Purpose of The Role:
We are looking to appoint an innovative Product Manager for our Pharma Business who will work closely with THERAPY MANAGER to develop and execute an appropriate marketing strategy and nurture and grow the assigned brands.
Therapy areas –Dermatology and Pure herbs
Therapy / Product Market Strategy and Expansion:
Design and deploy the overall product marketing strategy in line with growth objectives
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, making data-driven decisions on prioritization, and feature development
Identify portfolio expansion opportunities and formulate action plans for diversification and new product launch & development
- Manage Product portfolio and products within the business unit
Embrace digital fluency and actively drive the division's digital initiatives by contributing innovative solutions.
Cultivate a creative mindset to ideate and launch new products that align with the division's strategic objectives.
Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the brands, aligning with overall business objectives and devise strategies to improve market shares
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Consumer Intelligence and Innovation:
Obtain insights and generate recommendations for category growth by understanding market trends through available data sources.
Customize marketing strategies and initiatives basis market intelligence, seasonal requirements, consumer behavior and competition tactics
Brand Equity & Communications
Drive effective marketing communications through Rx / Digital channels to maintain brand equity & awareness.
Leverage digital avenues and e-marketing tools to increase the brand outreach and communicate with the target audience
Product Manager will be based at Bangalore and reporting into the Therapy Manager.
