*Customer Support (Indirect):* Managing queries via email/chat, processing orders, and ensuring timely backend operations.
*Project Processing:* Monitoring timelines, coordinating supplies, and ensuring smooth workflow execution.
* Typical Skills Required*
Strong typing speed & accuracy (important for data entry and documentation).
Good communication skills (written and verbal, especially for email/chat support).
Computer proficiency (MS Office & CRM tools).
Analytical ability (basic data analysis, reporting).
Organizational skills (time management, multitasking).
