Job Description (JD)
To manage financial records, MIS reporting, fleet operational data, and administrative documentation to ensure smooth logistics operations and accurate financial management.
a. Accounting & Finance Management
Maintain daily accounting entries in accounting software / Excel.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation on a regular basis.
Maintain cash flow records and daily expense tracking.
Monitor company bank accounts and payment transactions.
Prepare vendor payment schedules and follow-ups.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Assist in GST filings, TDS compliance, and taxation documentation.
Prepare and organize documents for internal and external audits.
Maintain proper invoice records and expense documentation.
b. MIS & Operational Data Management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Maintain transportation data dashboards including trips, routes, and vendor activity.
Track fleet deployment, trip progress, and delivery status.
Analyze operational and financial data to support management decisions.
Ensure data accuracy across operational and financial records.
c. Vendor & Logistics Documentation
Maintain and update vendor database (routes, freight rates, availability).
Maintain records of PODs, dispatch records, and billing documentation.
Coordinate with Operations Officers to capture accurate trip data.
Support freight billing and vendor settlement processes.
d. Administrative & Office Support
Maintain digital and physical records of company documents.
Manage Google Sheets trackers, Excel MIS files, and internal reporting systems.
Coordinate WhatsApp updates and operational communication.
Handle basic office administration tasks like filing, documentation, and printing.
Job Requirements (JR)
Minimum Graduate (B.Com / Commerce preferred)
Additional certification in Accounting / Tally / GST preferred.
2–4 years experience in accounting, logistics MIS, or office administration.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Experience with Tally or accounting software.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and financial documentation.
Familiarity with transport/logistics documentation and billing processes.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Good communication in Hindi and English.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
