Position: Web Designer & Content Management Executive
Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi (Work from Office). Candidates around Karol Bagh will be preferred.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer & Content Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing website content, designing modern web interfaces, and supporting client-facing activities such as meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
This role combines website administration, UI/UX design, content management, and basic front-end development. The candidate will work closely with our development team and clients to maintain and enhance multiple websites and web portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain website content using WordPress, Themify Builder, and other CMS platforms.
- Create modern website layouts, wireframes, landing pages, and user interface designs.
- Design banners, graphics, icons, and visual elements for websites and digital campaigns.
- Ensure websites remain updated, accurate, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with clients to gather content and requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, demonstrations, and project discussions.
- Work with developers to convert design concepts into functional web pages.
- Review website usability, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Assist in preparing project presentations, proposals, and design mockups.
- Perform quality checks before publishing website updates.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with WordPress and page builders such as Themify, Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
- Experience creating website mockups, wireframes, and UI designs.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
- Ability to update content, images, menus, forms, and pages independently.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and represent the company during meetings and demonstrations.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Experience with SEO-friendly website design.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap or modern CSS frameworks.
- Exposure to Laravel or other web application frameworks.
- Understanding of website accessibility and modern UI/UX practices.
