- Plan, supervise, and monitor civil construction, renovation, and maintenance works in the hospital.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
- Prepare estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), project schedules, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hospital infrastructure standards.
- Handle repairs and maintenance of hospital buildings, patient areas, OPDs, ICUs, and utility spaces.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, biomedical, and facility teams for infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain records of projects, drawings, approvals, and maintenance activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
