Accountant
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor performance against targets.
- Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with regulations.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare for audits and address any queries.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
- Oversee accurate payroll and tax deductions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with tax compliance and filing procedures.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
