Digital Marketing Executive
We're looking for a digital marketing executive who understands how search works today - not just Google rankings, but also AI-powered search, answer engines, and content visibility across modern platforms.
This role is for someone who enjoys finding growth opportunities, solving ranking issues, analyzing data, and helping businesses get discovered online. If you're curious, proactive, and always testing new ideas, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibility:
- Take ownership of on-page and off-page SEO activities across multiple projects.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content promotion.
- Monitor website performance, traffic trends, rankings, and technical SEO health.
- Identify ranking drops, investigate causes, and implement recovery strategies.
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to uncover growth opportunities.
- Optimize websites for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
- Work on AI Search Optimization, including SGE, GEO, AEO, and LLM visibility.
- Conduct competitor research and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Create performance reports that provide clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve website performance.
Looking for:
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, and link building.
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, MOZ, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, AI SEO platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to research, analyze data, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly as search engines and AI technologies evolve.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
