ARDEM is looking for a results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, professional, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate will identify high-quality talent through structured assessment, strong stakeholder management, and evidence-based hiring decisions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.

Conduct structured screening interviews to evaluate skills, communication, ownership, and role fit.

Coordinate assessments, interviews, and hiring manager discussions.

Prepare concise candidate evaluations with hiring recommendations.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.

Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and recruitment data accurately.

Partner with HR and business leaders to meet hiring objectives.

Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in BPO, BPM, - d Services, GCC, or Operations.

Experience hiring across multiple job functions and seniority levels.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS/recruitment tools.

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Comfortable working remotely and supporting U.S. business hours when required.

Recruitment for Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, Insurance, Logistics, Customer Support, Data Processing, or leadership roles.

Experience with competency-based interviews, assessments, hiring analytics, and remote hiring.
