Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver courses in your area of expertise, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with curriculum standards
- Develop and conduct lectures, seminars, and instructional materials using diverse teaching methodologies to cater to varied learning styles
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and critical thinking
- Provide constructive feedback, academic guidance, and mentorship to support student achievement and career growth
- Conduct research, publish scholarly articles, and actively participate in academic conferences and seminars
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop interdisciplinary programs and enhance educational quality
- Participate in student advising, mentoring, and academic support initiatives
- Stay updated with industry and academic advancements through continuous professional development and networking
- Contribute to curriculum design, program development, and course evaluation processes
- Undertake administrative duties related to teaching, research, and institutional service as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree or higher in the relevant subject area (PhD preferred)
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
- Research orientation with publications (preferred)
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Experience
- Prior teaching or academic experience preferred
- Experience in curriculum development or research activities is an advantage
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
