What You'll Do: Lead SOC 2 Type II compliance and audit readiness Develop and maintain security policies, procedures & standards Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses & maintain the risk register Perform internal VAPT for web apps and services Manage firewalls, network security controls & incident response Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, HR & Leadership teams Prepare security reports for leadership
What We're Looking For: Strong ownership & ability to operate independently Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) Hands-on VAPT and risk management skills Familiarity with firewalls, SIEM, and network security Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications: Bachelor's in CS, Information Security, or related field Certifications like ISO 27001 LA/LI, CEH, Security+, Pentest+ are a plus
