Position: Associate – Brand Growth
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Associate – Brand Growth to help scale Bhramaka's presence and revenue. This role combines brand building, marketing, sales, sourcing coordination, and business operations. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building a consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Growth & Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with content creators, influencers, photographers, and agencies.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth through online and offline channels.
- Identify and develop partnerships, collaborations, and new business opportunities.
- Assist in customer relationship management and retention initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend actions to improve revenue.
Product & Sourcing Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product sourcing and inventory requirements.
- Support product selection and merchandising decisions based on market demand and trends.
- Ensure timely procurement and inventory availability.
Operations & Execution
- Collaborate across functions to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Maintain reports and dashboards for marketing, sales and inventory performance.
- Assist in streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, e-commerce, sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Passion for fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
