Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Showroom Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our showroom. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage office tasks efficiently. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Maintain customer records, invoices, and files.
- Assist in preparing quotations, bills, and reports.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team and showroom staff.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support inventory and stock documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Data Entry).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
