Job Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Associate to handle client communication, provide service support, and coordinate with internal teams. Candidates should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and IT Services.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Social Media.
- Understand client requirements and provide service information.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design, and Development teams.
- Follow up on project updates, approvals, and feedback.
- Maintain client records and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with proposals, quotations, and documentation.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or Client Coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
