Key responsibilities:
- Faster turnaround time for social media, ads, campaign, and event content.
- Ability to shoot and edit content in-house without dependency on external freelancers/agencies.
- Better coordination between shoot, design, editing, and marketing teams.
- Consistent quality, storytelling, pacing, and brand language across all content.
- Quick execution of trend-based and real-time content requirements.
- Requirement for regular reels, product shoots, gym/event coverage, and marketing campaigns.
- Motion graphics and high-quality edits are becoming essential for performance marketing and brand growth.
- Reduced outsourcing costs and improved operational efficiency in the long run.
- Strong support for branding, product launches, influencer collaborations, and event promotions.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, and content direction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, branding, typography, and composition.
- Ability to create graphics, creatives, and marketing assets alongside video content.
- Photography and videography skills as an added advantage.
- Understanding of fitness/sports nutrition content and trends would also be beneficial.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
