Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing materials, furniture, hardware, fixtures, and other interior project requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with project teams, stores, and vendors regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Maintain vendor databases and purchase records.
- Verify purchase invoices, delivery notes, and material receipts.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Support negotiation of prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Track pending orders and update management on procurement status.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or stores management, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP software.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience
