Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performance culture while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage employee joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate asset allocation and account setup.
- Handle exit formalities and knowledge transfer tracking.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leave management, and employee information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support payroll processing and related documentation.
Performance Management
- Track employee KPIs and probation reviews.
- Coordinate monthly performance discussions.
- Support goal-setting and appraisal processes.
- Maintain employee performance records.
Employee Engagement
- Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
- Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
Policy & Process Development
- Help develop and improve HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes.
- Support leadership in implementing performance-driven systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 1–4 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for engineering, software, automation, or technology roles.
- Experience in startups or fast-growing organizations.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
