Job Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls to address client inquiries professionally.
- Supporting Services & Product Queries: Actively listen, understand, and provide accurate, prompt resolutions regarding various customer support services and product-related queries.
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Analyze customer issues effectively, offer suitable solutions or alternative choices, and guide users through technical or account processes.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of service delivery, resulting in a superior customer experience (CSAT) and professional call handling.
- Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document call summaries, customer interactions, and case notes in the internal CRM/database while adhering to process policies.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex or high-priority issues and route them seamlessly to appropriate specialized teams when necessary.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in international voice support, customer service, or BPO operations. (Freshers with exceptional English communication may also be considered based on profile).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal English communication skills with a neutral accent and strong listening comprehension.
Education: 10+2, Diploma, or any Graduation stream.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts (supporting global clients).

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹528,000.00 per year
