Admin Executive
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Year
Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Maintain student records, documentation, and office databases.
- Coordinate with counselling, academic, and operations teams for smooth daily functioning.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor queries professionally.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist in organizing student batches and events.
- Ensure timely procurement and maintenance of office supplies and assets.
- Prepare reports, maintain MIS, and support management with administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Administration or Office Coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
