To drive field sales excellence by developing dealer networks, enhancing manpower capabilities, and implementing performance-driven strategies across assigned territories. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustainable growth and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development
- Monitor regional sales ecosystem and identify growth opportunities
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Recommend product positioning and territory expansion plans
Recruitment & Manpower Management
- Plan and recruit dealer sales staff based on territory needs
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment and productivity optimization
- Collaborate with HR and channel partners for onboarding and retention
Training & Capability Building
- Design and deliver training modules on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer engagement
- Conduct regular skill assessments and refresher workshops
- Promote soft skill development for frontline teams
Performance Monitoring & Motivation
- Track sales KPIs and team performance metrics
- Provide actionable feedback and coaching to underperformers
- Implement incentive programs and recognition frameworks to boost morale
Compliance & Feedback
- Ensure adherence to company norms, policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Collect and analyze feedback from dealers and field teams to drive operational improvements
- Support audit readiness and documentation hygiene across touchpoints
